If you put in wrong passcode in many times, we block your app to keep it safe. You need to say "unlock my passcode", we will send you a SMS to your registered phone number with us and we will ask you to verify yourself. You will take a selfie and send your identity document. When we verify you, you will be able to log in your app and create your new passcode.

First, you should complete the identity verification process. After we verify you, we will register your new device ID and you will be able to access your Param UK account on your new device.

You can freeze your account by sending an e-mail to [email protected] from your registered e-mail address.
